Dr. Lang has been an internal medicine hospitalist at the University of Rochester since 2000. She is the Associate Chair for Medical Education Research and Scholarship in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Lang has been an internal medicine hospitalist at the University of Rochester since 2000. She is the Associate Chair for Medical Education Research and Scholarship in the Department of Medicine. In the Hospital Medicine Division, she serves as Senior Associate Division Chief and Faculty Development Director. She is Academic Director of Assessment of Clinical Decision Making at Aquifer, a non-profit organization that partners with medical educators to create interactive on-line clinical learning courses. Her research interests focus on medical education, including the teaching and assessment of clinical reasoning and faculty development.
