Dr. Yurcheshen, is sincere and listened to all off my health care issues with concern that showed. He is conscientious and it shows that he cares about his patients. He gave practical solutions to to try newer designs in face masks that I was eager to give it a try. He was concerned about the lack of time on the CPAP machine and my gong to sleep with the mask on and awakening in the morning with It off and only a fraction of my sleep time was on the machine. I explained to him, I had read sleep test reports and aware of the duration of apneas, fast heart rate and low oxygen blood and understood the dangers. He listened carefully, understood and went to the computer screen to show me different masks to try the may yield greater success on keeping the mask on during the entire durations of a nights sleep. His demeanor was kind and caring, and I look forward to trying different masks that can remain on the entire night after I fall asleep. We also talked about titration. His communication was so good that a lot of information was exchanged in the short time of the appointment. His insight and approach facilitated efficient communication.
