Dr. Duecy was very caring and compassionate. She spent a considerable amount of time with me and never appeared rushed to see her next patient. She clearly explained all of my options and collaboratively we came to an agreement on the treatment of my condition.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is and how she has made a difficult diagnosis easier to manage and make decisions about

Perhaps because I was late, Dr. Duecy was very abrupt with interview ("Just say yes or no"). She provided minimal cuing during my exam. And, although she did provide me with a handout of my treatment options which she reviewed, she did not relate any of the options to exam findings. I wasn't clear as to why I would choose one option over another.

Dr. Duecy took away some of the worries and anxieties that I had in regards to the issue I was seeing her for. That made me feel a heck of a lot better when I left there versus when I walked in the door there. She was extremely thorough In her explanation of my issue also and even drew out a diagram for me along with presenting me 4 options of how I can take care of this issue. She went through all the pros and cons. She basically put how to handle my issue into my own hands along with the choices but I can make. I have actually recommended her to a couple of friends and acquaintances as a doctor to see that I have complete confidence in.

Dr. Duecy is exactly what I look for in a health care professional. Always courteous, informative and clearly concerned about her patients' health and care.

Jul 16, 2022

My impression is that the doctor has treated so many people with the same concern, it's routine for her, and she has "forgotten" that it's the first time for the patient who probably has some anxiety about her condition.

Dr. Duecy was very quick with the appointment & it felt very rushed. Also, she made me feel like my concerns were not as "major" as other people. It was a bit dismissive.

The best doctor I have ever encountered in terms of explanation, caring, empathy, and support. Previously I have been to two urologists with my condition and there was no explanation of my condition, or I was told how my urination should be (I already knew that) instead of why it was problematic. This Dr.explained everything, eased my mind, and gave me real options
