Doctor had reviewed my patient information including other neurology visit appointments. He was thorough in his evaluation and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Although I had met with another neurologist prior this appointment (it was an 8-month waiting period), he did not necessarily make specific recommendations unless was probed that differed from the other neurologist I saw (that provider was referred to as the primary neurologist for my care). We did discuss another medical issue that had arisen and one reason I kept the appointment. He listened, asked appropriate questions, and performed an in-depth physical examination. There was not much more he could recommend. It does become challenging when you are referred back to your PCP for everything to then possibly see another specialist if symptoms persist, but he did explain everything in detail.

I had a legitimate issue that I felt was waved off as unimportant. I also don't feel that comfortable with this provider. I dread seeing him just to get my medication renewed each year.

Dr. Maroldo always takes whatever time is needed for my visit. He has never rushed my time and is very thorough with explanations. He is always looking out what is in best interests of me and my care. He doesn't treat me like a "number". He is the most impressive doctor I have ever dealt with.

I switched to this practice because I had an awful experience at another practice. Dr. Maroldo was very knowledgeable. I didn't like his prognosis, but it was clear he understood my condition and was giving me the correct answers. I wish I had him as my provider from the beginning of this injury even though it wouldn't have changed anything, however, I would have understood my condition and limitations sooner.

Dr. Maroldo was extremely empathetic and concerned about my health issue. [...] The night after seeing Dr. Maroldo I was able to sleep for the first time in 1 and 1/2 months after his pain prescription recommendation. Also, he is in contact with me per the MyChart to make sure I receive the proper medications in a timely manner. Is also making sure I have an appointment for a nerve conduction velocity test in a timely manner.
