He serves as Medical Director of Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Medical Director of C/A Mobile Crisis Team. He received his medical degree in 1997 from University of Colorado School of Medicine, Denver, CO. Dr. Garrison completed University of Rochester General Psychiatry Residency Program, Rochester, NY in 2000 and University of Rochester Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, Rochester, NY in 2002.
