Dr. D'Angelo always listens carefully to me and always suggests his best recommendations for my health. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and genuine kind and caring. He responds quickly to any questions a may write to him using the UR Medicine web app and I believe him to be among the very best PCP's that I've ever had. I have never had anything less than a very positive experience with him during both my appointments and texted questions regarding my health concerns. He has resolved everything I have asked of him in a timely manner. And always giving explanations to me with courteous and kind demeanor.

My experience with the NPs for a recent Covid infection and Rx for antiviral medication via telemedicine initiated by Dr. Chris was very positive. The follow up notes have been inaccurate. This has happened on the last two doctors' appointments. I messaged my PC and he said he would correct it. I didn't bother with the latest. Had been diagnosed with Breast cancer and had needed EKG before surgery a few days later. Dr D'Angelo had examined me,went over results discussed what procedure would be like and my general well being.

In the past, before Covid, when having my yearly physical visit, the procedure has always consisted of first a discussion of health concerns and a review of the lab results and then, the actual physical exam on the table in a gown. This year, the procedure was reversed with the exam first. I much prefer the yearly visit to be conducted with the discussion first and the exam at the end of the visit.

Annual exams have a rather mechanical feel. My provider has to run through a checklist on his computer. Is there a way to make the annual exam more like an open interview to generate more of a personal relationship? Could I fill out most of the checklist through MyChart before the appointment?
