I had called to see if I could get a referral for PT re neck issues that I hadn't previously discussed and both the receptionist as well as Dr C's medical secretary that called me back were helpful and patient. The PT was contingent on my Dr's referral and this office got me in within a few days after my call.

This was a routine follow up for anxiety, it just so happened that a couple of days prior to this visit some circumstances caused me to have some unmanageable anxiety. Dr Chruschicki listened compassionately and had some excellent feedback and insight. She had great suggestions for medication changes that helped me get to sleep immediately and lowered my anxiety. She also spent 45 minutes with me and I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes late. Shes a great primary care provider and I feel lucky to have her as my Dr.

Doctor Chruscicki is head and shoulders above the former primary care provider. The former seemed to really not want an older patient or care about details and have an interest in my care and recent medical issues. Doctor Chruscicki is well versed in medicine and understanding of my recent surgery and future direction of medical care. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Karen Chruscicki, is the best doctor I have ever had (and I am 77 years old). She is in constant communication with me, always answers all of my questions the same day I ask them, is relentless in tracking down whatever it is that is a health problem and how to treat it. She is always on top of whatever it is I am dealing with. She has fantastic bedside manner, and genuinely an, patiently, and sincerely cares about me as a person. She has to be one of the very best doctors in NY!!!!

Dr. Chruscicki uses phrases like, "I can see your thought process" which helps me know she heard me. Then she gently provides her medical knowledge of the subject. She is always allows me to communicate about all of my ailments/concerns.
