Patient Comments
[...] Beyond disappointed with the care I received.

I was very disappointed, leaving this appointment. [...] Trying to explain to the doctor what my issues were I didn't feel like she listened to my concerns or took me seriously at all. It was very disheartening. I left there in tears. I know that they're not going to be able to immediately tell me what's wrong with me. I don't have my expectations set too high however, I don't feel like I was even listening to at all. Maybe it was partly her personality [...].

My provider, Dr. Philip, shows no empathy for her patients. She appears very detached and does not show any concern for your struggle [...] I need her to show me she appreciates that frustration.

Dr. Philip has been fantastic to me. When my insurance company rejected my coverage on 2 MRI's I needed, Dr. Philip wasted no time to appeal. I appreciated her looking out for me. You just don't see this kind of compassion much anymore. Thank you for her
