We are all getting better at telemedicine ... Dr. Kottmann heard my concerns and responded well. An ongoing challenge with all telemedicine is that the "personal touch" and "dialogue" are just not the same ... Nonverbal cues are limited

If going to a dr. can be described as a great experience my visit with Dr. Kottmann was it. He took a great deal of time to make sure I understood his regimen for his diagnosis and made me feel comfortable.
