At URMC, we believe that patients should be empowered to make the right decisions regarding their personal healthcare. To do so, transparency is critical. URMC partners with Press Ganey, to survey our patients about all aspects of their care experience. We are now putting this pertinent information at your fingertips by displaying star ratings for our providers along with anonymous patient comments on our website. This will help you make better-informed choices about how and with whom you seek care. Click here to learn more about the surveys used to generate this vital information. I felt completely listened to, supported, and validated with all of my questions and every concern I brought up. I felt the doctor spent time explaining things and checked to make sure I understood my options and the explanations.

Dr. Yosha was wonderful, as always. He is careful to listen and fully understand before proceeding with his suggestions. He is never pushy and willing to work together with me to come up with a care plan that I am comfortable with.

Dr. Yosha and I have a good working relationship regarding my health. I appreciate that he is direct, clear, and takes a holistic approach to everything that's going on including mental health. He also takes my personal preferences into account regarding medications (he knows I don't like to take drugs if not really needed). He listens well and we work together. I appreciate him very much.
