My(patient's mother) daughter and her brother were both to physical appointments, I scheduled both through mychart---which is great since I hate calling to make appointments--, my daughter's appointment was at 0830 and son's at 1015 but the staff and Dr. Van Heukelum were awesome and saw both kids together so we didn't have to wait for my son's later appointment.

Luke in the front is always friendly and genuine. Dr. Van is hands down a great doctor with a good heart. Dr. Howe has always been there for me family. I appreciate all the staff at east ridge, I have been a patient there since I was a child and now my children are also patients there.

We have 3 generations that go to Dr. Van Heukelum, I am so glad that he came to east ridge. He is kind and will forever be in our hearts. He's delivered my last child and has taken care of my parents, myself and my children. I am so grateful for doctors like him, he is genuine because he truly cares about his patients. He is a great mentor for the students. I am so glad to be his patient. Dr. Howe is also a great doctor, he has taken care of my dad and my family and I am so grateful.
