Wonderful office! Entire staff very professional and helpful enjoy coming here. I am a 16 year cancer survivor and have an annual physical and complete lab workup with Dr. Davis. I have the typical white coat syndrome and am always anxious when I come to the office and my blood pressure is usually elevated, but after Dr. Davis completes my physical and takes my blood pressure, it's back to normal, she has a wonderful calming influence. She is not only a terrific Doctor, she is a great person and makes you feel like she really cares, because she does.

I only see Dr. Davis once a year for my annual physical; thankfully at age 84 I am in reasonably good health and am able to continue to work as a substitute teacher. Dr. Davis is always very accommodating, allowing me to be her last patient of the day at which time she not only gives me a thorough physical but also takes the time to inquire into my mental/social health as well. Our conversation then might become a bit less formal as we share a tidbit or two about our respective families. I always leave an appointment with her in a happy frame of mind.

Talk to Dr. Davis about her bedside manner. When I was trying to explain my back pain, and this has happened in the past, she would sigh, making me feel like I'm boring her. My last visit I was explaining something about my vertebrae, which I've been in excruciating pain for 12 days now, she said sarcastically said: "I know, I'm a doctor" When a doctor says that to you, that's unprofessional and it makes you feel like you don't want to ask another question which is a terrible way to feel !!! That's really bad ! She doesn't have a good connection with the patients.

I always feel very comfortable going to see my doctor, and am very confident in her care. URMC is very fortunate to have Dr. Davis and her staff. They are outstanding (please note that this is coming from a still working SMH Nurse with almost 40 years of experience in patient care and working alongside a variety of Doctors during my career..I'm not easily impressed).

Provider appear distracted, annoyed and impatience during interview. I can sympathized to a degree but was frustrated and not sure I communicated my concerns clearly. My concerns were of mostly minor issues but still unsure how I should proactively managed. Them.
