Her office is very speedy in sending referrals as well. She also had allergy testing done, so I did not have to go to an allergist.

I had forms that needed to be filled out. I printed them and brought them with me, but realized I was missing a page. I asked the staff member who checked me in if she could print them if sent through MyChart as pdf. She was more than happy to print the form. Not only did she print them, but both Megan my nurse and Dr. Jerome-Roberts printed them as well not knowing it had been taken care of. This was sent as a MyChart message from the waiting room. The fact they all noted the message so quickly tells me the high quality care and attention to detail they provide!

When my doctor retired from this practice. I had to choose a new doctor. I had a few doctors that were taking patients. I knew Dr. Jerome-Roberts was going to be right for me. I have been right.

Dr. Roberts was very helpful. She quickly looked at my medical history and surmised that I am not a frequent visitor. As such, she was firm with her feedback, explaining the benefits of rest and recovery and the potential pitfalls of neglecting recommendations. In addition, she suggested that I get a colon cancer screening, thereby taking advantage of my visit to proactively maintain and improve my health and wellness.

Even though I was unable to see the health care provider as quickly as I thought I needed (and didn't) the dr apologized & explained that if the next time I was Ill & I felt that I needed to see her (and wasnt able to get an appointment that day), that I need to request to speak to a nurse bc the receptionist Is typically unable to determine severity levels. I appreciate the dr's explanation & understand the process.
