This was 2 time seeing this dr [...] and I wish they would really listen. Why do they ask, what's your problem? It sounds so insensitive. [...] I feel dismissed, not heard

Dr. Bansal is an exceptional doctor. This was a first time visit. My wife and I were astounded as he greeted us and reviewed my long and complicated medical history from memory. His presence and care were professional, friendly, and assuring! I have been treated for coronary health issues for almost 30 years. I have been treated in several hospitals and by numerous cardiologists. Dr. Bansal is the quintessential physicianthe best of the best!

The doctor was running a bit behind in his schedule and came to tell me personally that he'd be delayed. That was refreshing to see. Very few practitioners don't take that moment to let the next patient know rather than just letting the patient sit in the exam room cooling their heals.

I appreciated the time the doctor took to answer my questions and to understand my concerns. He was personal, reassuring and showed empathy.
