I can speak for every person who speaks with their physician in an office visit: The doctor needs to display a sincere, caring, "I want to help you with your medical concern(s)" attitude at the very beginning of the visit. It sets the tone for everything else that Is discussed. Dr. Patel knows this.

In the past, I don't think that I was receiving the appropriate concerns that would be expected from my physician. Phone calls were made to the office, and my response was, nothing, that I had called about in the first place. It just seems like, everybody is on a different page. I've since spoke with my physician, concerning my concerns, and he has shown, an impressive response with a better responsive time than before.

Sometimes I feel like it could be beneficial to do tests (such as blood work) more often to patients generally. While I feel like the appointments are sufficient for assessing my health, they feel a little "passive," and not as investigative or as thorough as they could be. That's not a reflection on Dr. Patel specifically, but more like the general way that health is assessed at physicals in today's day and age.
