I recently had 2 different issues about 60 days apart and in both cases, the front desk staff was able to get me in for an appointment on short notice. In both instances my appointments were arranged for the same day that I called, yet the NP never made me feel like she was in a rush to get through the diagnosis and determine the proper treatment.

I was seen by NP Elizabeth Simons and she is a rock star!! I take [...] and my cough was getting worse. I grew up with a mom who was a heavy smoker and I was exposed to considerable amounts of second hand smoke. Due to this I was convinced my coughing was due to lung cancer from the second hand smoke!! Elizabeth shared a similar experience and immediately put me at ease. She didn't dismiss my ridiculous diagnosis and showed great empathy. She ordered a chest x-ray and increased my [...]. And yes, the x-ray came back showing NO signs of lung cancer. I so appreciate her thorough and compassionate care!

I would like to praise both Dr. Karen Chruscicki and nurse-practitioner Simons for the wonderful care they have given me. They are both very caring people who are very knowledgeable about the medical field In which they have trained.

I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. I had been trying to get help from my gastroenterologist who was unresponsive. I finally called Eastside Medical after being sick for four days and they were immediately helpful. I was given an appointment within an hour of my call

I have never been treated with anything but respect at this office. I'm seen promptly and I never feel like I'm being rushed. Liz Is very attentive and then walks you to the door in a friendly, casual manner I'm not sure you can improve on that.

Liz Simmons has made regular check ups pleasant and not something to dread. Even the "depression station" (getting on the scale) isn't as bad as it was at previous offices. We discuss health, weight, exercise, she actively listens and tries to offer solutions. She also follows up and makes sure to give her medical opinion on where you stand in regards to your labs. Liz is definitely a keeper!
