I cannot thank Laura (& the entire practice) enough for their prompt, expert medical care! I am so appreciative that I was able to be seen quickly and that all my concerns were addressed. Despite having a back injury, I left the office feeling confident that we had a plan and medications to help while awaiting physical therapy, further imaging, etc. I truly cannot recommend this UR team enough, 10/10!

Laura nailed it. Apparently a reaction to the Covid vaccine caused the left side of my body to swell causing severe knee pain. After taking first dose of Rx the swelling in my left arm, knee and leg subsided and I could walk and sit down without any pain.

Laura as very prompt, thorough, empathetic, efficient. This was important since it was late afternoon on a Friday. Due to her efforts I was able to get an ultrasound completed right afterwards and calls from specialists regarding my condition started coming in on Monday a.m. I was (and remain) VERY IMPRESSED.

I requested Dr. Converse because she's incredibly kind and listens well. She is not my assigned doctor, but I much prefer to see her. She is a treasure, and you should pay her more because she is lovely. She's knowledgeable and takes your opinions into account for all decisions. Plus, it is really helpful that it feels like she truly cares about you. She is the only doctor that has ever truly made me feel like she cares. What a kind, gentle human. I try to avoid the doctor and only end up there when things are actually really bad or when my allergist refuses to refill my prescriptions until I go in to see her, but at least when I do actually go to my PCP, I know that Dr. Converse will listen to my concerns and take me seriously. You are lucky to have her at your practice.

The doctor I saw was very professional and courteous. She asked enough questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. I really like her, she even followed up with after hour emails with other questions I had after I got home. I'm quite pleased with her. My regular Dr is Charles Wadsworth, and she was his stand in. Overall I feel I was listened to.

I am very impressed with Laura Converse and am pleased to have her as Dr. Wegman's replacement as my primary care provider. She is very knowledgeable, very thorough, easy to talk with, and a good listener. She also seems to have a very solid understanding of both my past and present medical concerns. Very glad to be in her care.

My experience was great! I ussually try to book my physicals w/ Laura. She is very thorough & kind. Dr Wadsworth is also but I really prefer female provider for physicals. I'm thankful for Laura & these options.
