One of Mary MacLean's strengths is her communication skills. She is a very positive person who makes me feel comfortable and listened to. She articulates her responses to me very clearly and respectfully which highlights to me, her medical knowledge. (In the past, when she has received a test result that needs explaining, she would message me with the result to make sure I understood it. This is very reassuring to me.
