I was nervous when my PCP of 15+ years retired (Dr Terwilliger) as I felt comfortable with her care - I have anxiety around medical appts and procedures. This was my first appt (an annual physical) with NP Susan Guffey and she eased that anxiety. She is straight forward and through but still while being compassionate and kind. She is clearly knowledgeable and thoroughly addressed all my medical concerns. These are the qualities I look for in a PCP and I am glad she is mine.

I was very pleased with her knowledge and how thorough she was. She listened to me, addressed my concerns, included me in the plan. I was very pleased with the rapport I felt after meeting her.
