This was the first time I met her, as my doctor of 35 year had retired and I was moved to this practice. I thought Kathy was wonderful at the visit, attentive and a great listener. However, I had a blood test done and she said she would call me by the end of that week to discuss the results. I had two results that were not good and I was concerned so I sent a message via MyChart. It's been a week now and she never called me or responded to the message. This is not acceptable to me.

I cannot say enough good things about the care I received from Kathy (Comella). I had a somewhat acute skin issue upon waking in the morning and was concerned it could be cellulitis. I called and was in her office within 2 hrs of calling. She did a thorough history and exam and came up with a plan of care that helped and kept me out of the emergency room. She was professional, personable and provided truly excellent care. I am very grateful. Thank you Kathy.

Dr Swanger has also in past appointments and he always looks at us as a whole person, not just the diagnosis. Char who roomed me was very professional yet warm and caring.

Kathryn A. Comella was a tremendous help to me and ordered an X-Ray and I requested a CBC which both proved my own self-diagnosis diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia and I will need a followup that I need to schedule myself.

Kathy is an amazing provider. You can always tell that she cares about your concerns and your care. She always makes sure that the plan is something you are comfortable with, and then follows up on testing or results in a timely manner. The staff at this location are all wonderful as well.

The team at this office is exceptional. Dr. Swanger and LPN Kathy C. Provide excellent care and compassion. From the receptionist, to the secretaries making appointments, all are pleasant and professional. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Kathy is not my usual doctor, but was very thorough in trying to determine the cause of my recent headaches. My care and treatment has always been excellent, and my only concern was a delay in response to my mychart questions about the MRI test results. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction.
