Amy Realbuto, PNP, RN, CPNP-PC works as a nurse practitioner within the Division of Adolescent Medicine at Golisano Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests include eating disorders, gender health, and reproductive health for adolescents and young adults. Her extensive time working within the Monroe County foster care system has made her an advocate for youth and families attempting to access our health care system and providing social justice. Amy serves as the Pediatric Advance Practice Manager (APP) to promote cross-divisional collaboration and leadership. Amy also serves as the Adolescent Medicine Clinical Director where her focus is improving patient outcomes and fostering a collaborative work environment for all staff. Amy is a Clinical Faculty Associate through the University of Rochester School of Nursing where she provides education and support to future APP students. She is the endowed recipient of the Mary Sue Jack PhD, RN, PNP Nurse Practitioner Fellowship that promotes continued innovation within nursing practice.
