Jennifer carefully listened to my description of my health concern - the reason for my visit. She asked clarifying questions and then talked through a likely potential worst case scenario and had me tested for that condition. I very much appreciated that she didn't dismiss my complaint as "old age" (I am over 70) and applied excellent "troubleshooting" skills to the problem. Turns out that worst case scenario was negative but the testing did uncover the need for short term, finite treatment. An excellent end of story for me! I am not sure all doctors, PAs or NPs would have made the effort to order tests. [...]

Acute issue escalated In week after the visit. My PCP is out of office for over a month (or two?), which I was not made aware of. Jennifer is doing a good job filling in. Root cause of my issue hasn't been determined and I'm a little concerned that my primary care physician or another physician isn't involved in the care of this particular issue. That said, I'm not sure the care I'm receiving would be different.
