I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. I was hesitant to switch from one of the long time providers to Dr. Jack but I nave ZERO regrets. My adult child even switched back from another practice to see her, and my son-in-law came to the practice as well. Having her know our whole family adds to the continuity of care in a wonderful way, and all the other providers are great as well!

Dr. Jack is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors I have ever received care from. She also answers messages very quickly and thoroughly. I feel very fortunate that she is my primary care physician. She is truly an outstanding doctor.

I'm sorry but I don't remember the really nice person who took my vitals. She was very friendly. Also when I had my blood work done, that provider was also excellent.

Dr. Anna Jack. I was very fortunate to be able to get her as my primary care physician as I am not sure she is taking new patients. She has made me feel very well cared for. I enjoyed meeting her in person this past week and feel that she is the right primary care physician for me. I really can't ask for anything more especially in these challenging times that we have been in.

Dr. Jack was fantastic. She was compassionate, listened to what I had to say and did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. Her bedside manner was wonderful. The nurse and front desk people at this office were also very kind unfortunately I don't remember their names.

Anna Jack, her PA and the receptionists were all sweet and very welcoming. It was early in the morning and my first time there. I was nervous to change PCP's after a bad experience at [...], But their kindness put me at ease that I was making the right choice. From the moment we walked in, it was calm, the staff was courteous and everyone was very nice. It felt like I had been there for years.

I appreciate East Ridge for making my first visit pleasant. As someone who gets nervous going to the doctors, it was important for me to feel comfortable and they exceeded my expectations. I know things aren't perfect all the time, but I'm glad I gave ERFM a try. Hopefully my boyfriend will be able to join the practice soon as a patient as well. Dr Jack was attentive, kind and thoughtful. Her communication in person and through messaging is above and beyond. She heard my worries, validated them, and made an appropriate treatment plan with clear next steps depending on If my symptoms got better or worse. She is simply the best and I am so grateful that she is my doctor.

It was my new patient visit . I recently moved to New York State . I have had my same primary doctor for 30 years so I was intimidated at making a change . Dr Jack made me feel very comfortable and she was competent and thorough. I never felt rushed which is a important thing to me especially establishing a new doctor /patient relationship
