This was my yearly physical, and never before or after did this doctor order any bloodwork. Not a very thorough yearly physical. Also never had me show her how my walking and balance (lack of) are, as I had mentioned my concern for this to her. Pain in my back and right hip not addressed, as I had an x-ray done from prior visit; she does not talk about them she says, so I only have the printout which I asked for some understanding ofbut did not get.

Dr Woz checked my records while I was there and noted that I should have a Tetanus booster which the Nurse gave me while there. Dr Woz always takes time with me to review my overall wellness & we talk about my family too, especially regarding CoVid precautions. My husband is also a patient of Dr Woz, and neither of us have had CoVid. We are both vaccinated with 2 boosters.

This doctor needs to listen better. She wrote that reason for visit was my requesting referral for Kyphoplasty. Not at all true; I would have needed to have had an MRI to determine that. I would like to stay within U of R if that were needed, and only asked who the doctors are within U of R who do them, so I can do my research. She perhaps does not know who they are, so now I must look into those I have names of at [...]. She did not refer me for an MRI either, so it could be determined if I have any more cracked vertebrae, [...]

This doctor every time writes the purpose of this visit was to: Screen for disease; assess risk of future medical problems; Update Vaccines; and to get to know my doctor in case of an illness.What she has never stated is that SHE NEEDS TO GET TO KNOW ME, the PATIENT. Why not? Having been her patient since mine retired in [...] 2019, I have had many other doctors in that practice many more times than I've ever had her. She does not know me, and when I addressed this, she said she prefills that information before she sees me. If she knew me, she could tell from my records there are no vaccines to be updated.; Her screenings recommended are INACCURATE and missing dates. I asked about my getting the Prevnar 20 Vaccination, and was told I had had a Pneumonia vaccine, but I was asking specifically about the most recent Prevnar one. Tell her she needs to get to know her patients. She has never shared anything about herself that would allow me to get to know my doctor (her), as she has repeatedly entered as purpose of visits are for me to get to my doctor. How about the doctor needing to get to know the patient?.
