Dr. Heintz spoke like a machine. [...] I left the [...] appt. in tears as he repeated 3x in my appt. that "we are scraping the bottom of the barrel for treatment options for you". Who says that to a patient? [...] It made me never want to come back.

It doesn't seem like he's listening to me or thinks I know what I'm talking about When it comes to my own health. His bedside manner is lacking, but when I read through the notes in my chart, it does, indeed seem like he is listening and makes note of everything we talk about. It's kind of an anomaly.

The Dept. "Infectious Disease" sounds scary, but they made it very easy to work with.
