She had an excellent presence and addressed any concerns and questions I had in a very thoughtful manner, which put me very much as ease. I saw both a resident and Dr. Richardson. Both showed concern and clearly explained the lesion on my face, as well as explaining other ways these lesions might appear, their benign nature, and what to look for in suspicious growths on my skin. Use of sunscreen and a broad-brimmed hat were also recommended.

Dr. Richardson and Dr. Bender took their time to hear my concerns, frustration and more importantly assess my need in that moment. Having had a bad experience with the previous provider, I wasn't sure what to expect.
