Dr. Palma was great! I can't thank him enough for his care and concern. He is a WONDERFUL doctor. We are so fortunate he sees patients here. He is very thorough. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I know they are a busy practice, but you would never know it by the way you are treated - like they have all the time in the world for you and your questions. I can't thank him or his office staff enough.

We talked about what I could do other than add another medicine to help with my hand pain. I asked about a generic Voltarin I have and he agreed that would be good to try. It was good to be able to come to an agreement on a treatment.

He did the very best he could considering I arrived late and only had half of a regular visit. If we had more time, I would have hoped he would focus a bit less on why he believed my PCP sent me and that not necessarily being cause for concern and more on what I have experienced and continue to experience symptom and pain/discomfort wise. Again, though, I believe he did the very best he could do, and he even made it possible for me to have ultrasound tests the very same day.

I would have liked the doctor to ask me questions regarding health concerns I have. The visit was brief and mainly me talking. I would have felt like the provider cared by asking me questions about any challenges I've had since I last saw him (fall 2021).
