It amazes me every time I call for an appointment during the week when they're in the office they are able to see me. I don't generally call unless I'm not feeling well at all as you can see. I'm an elderly person over 80 and is so pleasing so wonderful that they can take care of me like they do. They have been over the top Just can't express that enough. I would like a more thourough exam during my yearly visit. The doctor does ask and answer my questions but I would like him/her to look at my body during the exam to notice any changes in my skin, swelling, or scoliosis. Dr Nichols always responds to any questions or health concerns I have right away! Recently, even though we were out of town (TX) she responded immediately to a significant health concern and was able to address it by ordering some medications that were effective.
