This may be the first time in my life something went wrong for me that required medical intervention that wasn't just a cold, flu, virus, etc. It's scary. I tend to minimize my concerns and worry about taking up time meant for people who are unwell. They were able to get me to be seen. Reassuring. Took the issue seriously and working together to formulate a treatment plan. I feel reassured and much better.

Yes, she may be running behind but if you stop to think about it, wouldn't you like the time to explain what is wrong with you or have her take the time to check you over?
