Dr. Siddiqui completed his residency in 2008, at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica , NY. Sarmad then worked at St. Lukes Faxton Healthcare System in Utica , NY, as a hospitalist who also provided ICU coverage. Additionally, he was on the Medical Group management, Finance and EMR implement...
Dr. Siddiqui completed his residency in 2008, at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica , NY. Sarmad then worked at St. Lukes Faxton Healthcare System in Utica , NY, as a hospitalist who also provided ICU coverage. Additionally, he was on the Medical Group management, Finance and EMR implementation committees. Dr. Siddiqui’s interest in caring for older patients led him to the Geriatric Fellowship at University of Rochester, NY in 2015, where he did a QI project on decreasing PRN Narcotics. Sarmad joined the SMH hospitalist team after finishing his fellowship and helped to develop the Geriatric Fracture Center, as well as worked on a Quality Improvement project on post-operative urinary retention limiting Foley reinsertion.
