I am very please with all the staff in this office. Everyone is extremely helpful. I have told Dr. Wilson that I appreciate him taking the time to listen to my questions/concerns and take the time to really hear what said and think before answering. That has not always been my experience, and doing so makes a world of difference. I don't expect health care providers to know everything/have all the answers, but it's much easier to have confidence in that care that's given when you know you have been heard & all options have been considered.

Answered my questions and indicated he could order my prescriptions for continued coverage. Once the initial lab results were completed, he reviewed the results with me and made sure to answer any questions and made the appropriate referral.

I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Wilson as a second opinion on multiple health issues that I didn't feel I was getting satisfactory answers with from my previous provider. Dr. Wilson will now be my primary care provider as he spent time with me, answered multiple questions, offered information that made sense and showed competency, understanding of my concerns, kindness and did not rush me. Additionally, I have been more than pleased with my oncology doctors at [...] and want to have all of my providers in the UR system.

The Office Squeezed me In as an emergency, during their Lunch time. I was having a Difficult time of it that particular day; Because of the health issues I was going in for. I ended up late, to the point where they squeezed me in that afternoon. The entire office bent over backwards for me that day, INCLUDING quite a substantial amount of time with Dr. Wilson, who substituted for My Primary, Dr. Tallman. Everyone In the Office makes me feel better by just being there with all of their Good attitudes.

(I am 70) How vigorously I can continue to exercise and push myself' for example.
