I have had Alicia as my provider for several years. I always feel welcomed by her and her nurses. My questions and concerns are always addressed . I never feel rushed out of the office and I that everyone is attentive to all my needs . I couldn't really think of anything I could think to add to improve my experience. Over the years I have never had a bad experience or visit.

I had an ear infection and was able to get an appointement the very next day. Amazing! I arrived early and was treated before my appoinment time. Incredible! There was debris in my ear canal that needed to be removed. That can be very painful. PA McHale removed it adroitly and with minimal discomfort. I appreacited that. Everyone is the prqactice is so friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy with the care I receive there.

I don't usually see Alicia but Kim was out.. I sent a message via mychart the night before and Alicia responded promptly. I responded and made an appt that afternoon. Got in quickly and appt was quick.. But every question was answered and I did not feel rushed.

Also Susan Robshaw has helped me out alot on paperwork and calls that needed to be done for my medical rides.
