They do everything to ensure I'm comfortable with my care plan, my decisions regarding medications & my concerns that may require additional testing. Tracy is attentive and patient whenever I have an appointment with her. I'm comfortable asking her any question that I may have. I had an unexpected stay at the hospital during the summer. Ms. Pointon was very polite and attentive to my problem that occurred. I did something to my knee the day before and I called the office and they got me right in. Also I take blood pressure medicine (just started 3 months ago). She seen my blood pressure was high and up the dosage. This office got me right into URMC orthopedic Urgent Care right away. Tracy Pointon, PA was great. She was listening to me, very caring, empathetic and understanding. We discussed a treatment plan and game to an agreement. She was very open to what I was saying. A few days after I called the office to speak with her about the meds I started taking. A telephone conference was scheduled for that morning. Tracy again listened to what I was thinking and we came up with a new plan which is working out well. I felt she really made a difference in my comfort level at the first visit.
