They do everything to ensure I'm comfortable with my care plan, my decisions regarding medications & my concerns that may require additional testing. Tracy Pointon, PA was great. She was listening to me, very caring, empathetic and understanding. We discussed a treatment plan and game to an agreement. She was very open to what I was saying. A few days after I called the office to speak with her about the meds I started taking. A telephone conference was scheduled for that morning. Tracy again listened to what I was thinking and we came up with a new plan which is working out well. I felt she really made a difference in my comfort level at the first visit.
