I don't feel she has good bed side manner. I didn't feel welcome. I felt like she was almost annoyed I was there. She asked me one question about my issues and didn't offer any follow up to my answers, or expansion to the conversation. She just proceeded with her exam.I've seen this provider one other time and she was the same way. I've never had this experience with anyone else In the office.

My main issue was the provider kept her back to me most of the visit. Did not feel like she cared about me at all. I know she was writing on her laptop but. To face me at least would have been nice. Next visit I will ask for someone else to do my physical.

This was a 6 month recheck for hypertension but I was also feeling poorly from a recent bout with a very bad cold. I had called office to be sure I should still come in. Jana took her time to ask me how I was feeling and spent extra time listening to my lungs and looking at my throat. She ended up prescribing meds to help me get better.

Jana Allen, PA. She always remembers me no matter how much time lapses between checkups. She seems pretty thorough going through my records and medications. She also always seems genuinely concerned about my health. She's thorough and always asks if there's anything else that's going on with my health. She makes it easy because I have anxiety with doctors appointments. She also asks about my mental health which is nice because I'm a veteran with PTSD
