This team works like a well-oiled machine. In the last month, I had Covid, diverticulitis and a PET scan to get the bigger picture after incidental findings from diagnosing the diverticulitis. My regular checkup was 4 days after my visit to an emergency department and immediate action was taken to arrange the PET scan. At no time during my frequent calls to the office was I made to feel unimportant or a pest. I was only treated with respect and my issues were addressed promptly. I no longer live in the area but still make the 37 mile drive to see Kim Betker.
