[...] I had assumed the appointment [...] was to discuss those results, but I had to ask about them. When he did look at them, he said "everything is normal" and showed little interest in discussing my concerns [...]. The appointment was actually for a physical, which felt incomplete and rushed. It took less than five minutes. About 20% of the exam was checking my reflexes [...].

Last month, he arranged an appointment to followup a hospital stay to give me an opportunity to ask questions - especially about the new providers that I would soon be seeing.
