She has more than 30 years of health care experience, including 16 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her patient care philosophy is that everyone is deserving of high-quality care, no matter socioeconomic status, cultural or religious background. Ms. Salter received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in family health nurse practitioner from the University of Rochester.

In her personal time Ms. Salter enjoys gardening, hiking outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Ms. Salter speaks to patients in a condescending manner. This is part of the reason why I'm not seen in the office regularly. I would really like to be for referred to another provider In the practice.
