Born and raised in Batavia, I am excited to return to my hometown to practice medicine. I believe in being an advocate for my patients as they navigate the healthcare landscape. I enjoy providing clear, evidence-based information to better improve my patients' health and well-being while respecting their right to autonomy.
Dr. Mungillo has special interests in preventative care and treating patients of all ages. In addition, he has a special interest in sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries, dermatology, and urgent care.

Dr. Mungillo is great, he's clearly prepared for every appointment. This was my yearly physical and I appreciate the time, concern and thought he's clearly given my care. I've had other doctors that just seem to look at a chart and throw out some medicines to take and he doesn't do that.

Dr. Michael Mungillo - who is my entire family's primary - is a fantastic partner in health. My wife and I both like to be provided with medical/scientific information directly, alongside the expert opinion applying it to our specific situations. To that end, Michael always provides both his conclusions for the best course of action - and importantly, WHY he proposes what he does, explaining the various differentials along the way. This has helped us all feel much more in control of the situation and better able to self-report potentially medically relevant symptoms which may not have otherwise come up. He's also a great guy. He is very responsive when I bring various health issues up, provides referral immediately and digs deeper when necessary. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is a pleasure to talk with. I trust his medical judgement. I have recommended him to multiple friends and family. He now treats my mother as well based on my recommendation.

Dr. Mungillo LISTENS so carefully and asks thorough, probing, questions, to determine my health status and needs. That is such an important skill in a primary care provider and he is so so so good at it. Sometimes I feel like he's a vacuum inhaling everything I say and every bit of body language I exhibit.

Dr. Michael Mungillo is an exceptional doctor. I have never had a physician who is willing to actually listen to me until I started going to his practice. I can tell he truly cares and wants to give the best care and medical advice possible. He is a rare type!!

Keep Dr. Mungillo with us, he has been the best doctor yet and I have left because they don't listen to what I'm saying and he does and makes you at ease and comfortable even if he has to deliver bad news to you. He is a great persona and doctor!
