I am 75 years old and this is the only doctor and staff I have to say are the best. I came to Dr. Martin because my primary retired. That was a blessing in disguise. One thing that is very noticeable is that the staff all work as a team. I have already referred a friend to Doctor Martin and she has her first appointment this week. The way this office works as a team and you get to know the staff. Their nurse on staff is the absolute best. I am more than okay with the care I get here and would never change doctors. Everyone from doctors, nurses even down to Sean who makes my appointment and the staff that takes my vitals are the very best. I have to say I literally enjoy my Visits. Who would ever think anyone would enjoy going to the doctors. Great great job never change and many offices should take lessons from this office. Love them all!!!

I called for an appointment about poison ivy, I am very allergic to it. The receptionist gave me an appointment for 3:30 with Dr. Martin. A little later she called back about a cancellation and asked if 1:00 would work. I took it. Very thoughtful of her. Dr. Martin always includes me in any decisions that we make and answers all my questions. This office is great.

Don't make the dr rush thru their clients. Everytime I see the dr I feel like I'm inconveniencing her for asking questions and taking up her time because she has another patient to see. I feel like I can't talk about all my concerns, when I wait a long time for these appointments. She also tells me my labs come back fine even tho I can see them on MyChart and see flags and she doesn't go through any of the info with me.

I wasn't entirely satisfied with this visit. Technically, it was a routine annual exam. The appointment wasn't scheduled as this so timing seemed to be cut short. My routine blood work was "not up to goal". I feel that during this appointment, it wasn't discussed/clarified enough. The provider seemed somewhat distracted. At checkout, the receptionist mentioned scheduling an appointment with a specialist, which was not fully discussed during my appointment. I needed more clarification. It seemed like the provider that I saw wasn't quite as on top of things as I would've liked. I have seen this provider before, hoping this provider was just having an off day.
