I was hopeful when I met Dr. Franco at my initial appointment. Her sweet demeanor and confidence made me feel I was in the hands of a caring, knowledgeable skin expert. Unfortunately, the trusted professional I sought help from left me feeling unheard [...]. [...] I would not recommend this provider based on my poor experience with her. She was friendly and did not rush our conversations [...]. I was dismissed and not taken seriously after following the provider's orders to send photos and describe what was going on. [...] highly unprofessional.

She is one of the best doctors I've had and I'm confident in the care she gives me. I had questions about my medications. She made sure she understood my concerns and explained the science to me. She helped me modify my medications and explained what I should expect.
