Office visit was amazing. No wait time. Nurse/staff were friendly and helpful. Provider was amazing listened to my list of concerns and had good plans and actions for process of moving forward. She also was very aware of all of my/family history and how those might tie into my current concerns. Very happy with Kelsey.

While all the North Ponds staff are excellent, Ms Kelsey Hynes and Dr Hursey in particular deserve recognition for their caring and kind approach during the appointment. I feel that they hear my concerns and understand why I'm concerned. Then together we figure out what the next steps are, if any. In this particular case, my symptoms went away on their own after my appointment, in which Ms Hynes could find no infection or other issue. I think the pains I experienced were a "new" stress symptom I hadn't felt before.

My guess is the steps Kelsey Hynes took sending me for STAT x-rays probably saved my life. My left lung was full of fluid and she directed me to go to the hospital immediately.

I feel like my physical was more of a conversation than a check up. There was not a lot of physical examination that happened and I am not sure how some of the results she put in MyChart were possible being she did not see those parts of my body.

I was able to confide in her about a troubling time I've been going through and she made our time feel purposeful, and never rushed. Kelsey Hynes and the shadowing student (I believe her last name was Dirks) were wonderful, easy to talk to and sympathetic to my problems. They were always concerned for my well being and asked if I had any other concerns other than the one I had the appointment for. I really appreciated that as I did have one or two more areas of concerns that then they addressed.
