My NPA, Joe Lyman, was Great! He listened to my 2 issues, gave me Good Information and things to do to alleviate my problem on the 1st issue and on the 2nd issue he was not as familiar so he was reaching out to his coworker in Neurology.

The provider Mr Lyman went over and above the allotted time by 20 minutes I think.He explained my medical issues he explained solutions suggestions he was polite respective He answered every question I had and I am very grateful. I will not take a provider's time up that much again but I have had a serious illness. Much appreciated much respected
