He completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Urology at Indiana University in Indianapolis, where he received the Best Resident award from the Indiana Urologic Association. Dr. Jain completed ...
Rajat Jain, M.D. earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Urology at Indiana University in Indianapolis, where he received the Best Resident award from the Indiana Urologic Association. Dr. Jain completed a two-year fellowship in Advanced Endourology and Stone Disease at the Cleveland Clinic. Most recently, he received a graduate course certificate in Statistical Modeling with Application in Clinical Research from Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Jain has held several research positions and actively studies urological conditions as an Assistant Professor of Urology. He has co-authored many professional publications related to the field of urology.

This doctor had not been in the same loop with me since he took over for Dr [...]. He never informs me of the results of my imaging. Sends me for imaging with contrast last year for a kidney stone and has no notations of that in my medical files and doesn't even recall any of that discussion but says he believes me when I tell him what his plan for me was last year
