About Me
In 2009, Dr. Webber relocated to The Poconos and became the first midwife to attend a birth at Pocono Medical Center, then relocated back as a Director of MCH Nursing at Wyckoff Hospital. After working as a MCH Nursing Director at Woodhull Medical Center the Director of MCH Nursing and Midwifery Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, she relocated to Rochester, NY, where she serves as the Director of the Midwifery Division at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She also returned to the Yale School of Nursing where she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in May 2019. She also serves on the Boards of the Rochester Healthy Baby Network, the New York Midwives, and has been actively involved in activities related to eliminating racial disparities in women’s and maternal health. She is the proud single mother of one child.

It was an annual check up. I was having some struggles with perimenopause symptoms & she was excellent at listening to me, then suggesting some options. She was warm and caring and reassuring.

I am very happy with the office and care I receive with URMC Midwives. Tracy Webber is THE BEST provider I've ever had for my OB/GYN needs and I'm so glad she is part of the practice. She is compassionate, truly listens, is very friendly, and is medically knowledgeable.
