I am an exceptionally healthy man. I also have some unique complicated things that have happened to me in my life's journey due to the military and environmental exposers. Things that I brought up to the provider didn't appear to be received all that well. I could tell that the provider wasn't listening too closely and didn't really have anything to say about my concerns. I'm guessing due to the uniqueness. The entire experience was very clinical and not personal at all. If a person brings up something to you and this is the first time we've ever met and I'm there for a physical I expect some conversation. It feels like everyone is just a number anymore. Get them in and out. [...] I don't plan on returning to the practice [...].

In the past I was given an EKG as a matter of course. I had to ask for one this last time. While I felt the PA did a good job, I felt my previous doctor was more thorough. More questions. Please note I am not complaining about the PA. She was very good. Perhaps protocol has changed

I am 73 years old, and in the past was very active physically. I would like to get back to a level of health as in the past. Despite have Fibromyalgia I was fairly healthy. I do not like being treated as if I am the average person which I am by no means average. I have a master's degree, have worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years, and have successfully maintained my Outpatient Mental Health Practice for over 13 years. I deserve to be treated better.

This was my first visit to my new primary care physician's office for an annual physical which Jessica administered. She was professional, personable, and informative with a very warm interactive style. I was surprised just how comfortable I was reviewing a lifetime of my medical history with her before moving on to my annual physical.

Dr. Ronald Guzman - who saw me via Telemedicine in December regarding COVID-10 - I got it! I saw him the same day I called. Jessica Hogestyn, NP who saw me the same day I called. I had fallen on ice two weeks prior. I'm a runner and ran since the fall, however, the pain finally stopped me. Jessica checked me out, ordered an x-ray (nothing broken) and recommended no running for about a week. I followed her instructions and am much better!

I am grieving my sister's recent death. Jessica was sensitive and kind. I shed the tears I was unable to let out Facetiming a therapist. She prescribed the antidepressant I needed to help me especially during the holidays.

My visit was fine. What concerns me is, when blood tests etc are performed, I look at the results on My Chart and I don't understand. There's no one telling me what the initials and other information means. So I am still in the dark about my total condition!

This was the first time I cane to the office for a pcr test for covid. I did not expect to be positive but I was..I had a lot of questions but the staff including the telehealth provider was very responsive. This is not a suggestion for improvement but noting the professionalism of the staff

NP Jessica Hogestyn. I usually see Dr Nunno for my physical exam this was the first time I was with NP Hogestyn. She listened intently to all my concerns and was very informative and comforting, giving me multiple options and solutions to my questions. After leaving my exam I felt that NP Jessica Hogestyn had made me more comfortable and listened to than any other medical professionals I have ever seen. I also generally never fill out surveys but I did this time just so I could say how absolutely wonderful my experience was with NP Jessica Hogestyn.

Jessica J Hogestyn, NP. She has helped me tremendously in my care at this office. She's patient, she listens, she's positive. In particular, this summer, when I needed 6 weeks off for depression/stress, Jessica listened to me as I talked to her about an issue I was experiencing which caused me to make compulsive purchases. As she listened to me, I actually was able to realize [why] I did this. This was based on trauma--of losses I experienced as a child and when death of a family member happened that year, it brought back the trauma and therefore, we figured out why those compulsive purchases happened. She provided an atmosphere where I was comfortable and understood and that kind of care from an medical provider doesn't come around everyday. She's an asset to your practice and I hope she never leaves (and that you never let her go)!
