Dr. Stermer is a true gem. She knows much about many facets of treatment, including exercises for my conditions from weight lifting, strength and physical therapy exercises to yoga suggestions. Both Dr. Stermer and the student with her were wonderful! Dr. Stermer is the 1st doctor I have been with that makes it much easier for me to have patient compliance. I have not been that great of a patient in the past but I feel with Dr. Stermer she listens to me and genuinely cares so I take her care instructions seriously and want to help her help me.

The reason we choose Doctor Stermer to be recognized is she is one of very few in her profession that truly listen to my Husband and I. She started out at the U of R-Perry office which was closer to where we live. Doctor Stermer moved to the U of R-LeRoy office, and we decided to follow her for her listening abilities. It is further away from us, but we are glad we made the decision to follow her.

This provider recently changed office location. Given my medical history, I felt it was important to stay with her but the longer drive is a hinderance.
