Even though I missed our scheduled appointment, Dr. Lighthouse saw me within the week. Not only did he take care of my immediate concern, he also allowed enough extra time to complete my annual physical exam! I could go on at great length; but for the sake of efficiency I'll just mention one thing: he prescribed two immunizations AND THEN went on to tell me which of the two I might obtain cheaper elsewhereit's important for providers to have a handle on cost ramifications-but not all of them do!

Dr Lighthouse. He truly cares and listens to what we have to say about our condition before arbitrarily deciding what action to take. He considers your information before making a care decision. He is a kind, thoughtful individual who does not intimidate, yell or aggressively give you advice on your health care. He truly is a team member working with you on our health care. I do not respond to aggressive, condescending approach by health care providers or anyone else. I will not return if I am treated in that manner.

I have an extreme aversion to making/keeping doctor app'ts. With Dr. Lighthouse, I am pleasantly surprised on his demeanor, approach to patient care, and have walked out with a skip in my walk and a smile on my face; even though there are still concerns and follow-up on my health care. I am more inclined to share my concerns, questions on health status/care and to return for follow-up visits.

Dr Lighthouse does an excellent, thorough job with his care of me and others. I have several much older friends who see him and I know they're in good hands. The staff is super from reception to check out and check ins at the visit. Their nurse Samantha? Is always good about following up with questions and concerns.

We have used Spencerport Primary Care of URMC since we moved to [...] in 2017. All of our contacts have been great. When our PC Robin left we felt we had lost big time but Dr. Lighthouse has been great.

Dr Lighthouse did a thorough assessment of my health issue and was prompt in providing feedback on the X-ray I had taken the next day with recommendations. The only comment I have is that I believe he may have been double booked as he rushed out of the office at the end of the session.

Dr Lighthouse- I absolutely respect and enjoy having Dr Lighthouse as my doctor. He's very good to me. Takes as much time as needed to ensure I understand my blood work, medications, and any issues I am having. I genuinely feel Dr Lighthouse cares! I drive about 80 miles to see my doctor because it's worth it to me. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Lighthouse - every visit is an absolute pleasure. I had some concerns on my blood work and Dr Lighthouse communicated with me quickly upon receiving the test results and gave some reassurance and comfort on the results. Once I had my appointment, it was a comforting visit. Dr Lighthouse took extra care and time to explain my results in a way that I can understand it. We reviewed things that were very good, and some things I need to work on to improve my health. Dr Lighthouse has the best bed side manner, and such a great professional personality. I am proud to have Dr Lighthouse as my doctor.

Dr. Lighthouse listened to all my concerns and spent an appropriate amount of time with me during the Physical. I am glad he decided to stay at the practice, as it is hard to find a GP theses days. My previous GP was awesome and I was very sad to see her leave, but Dr. Lighthouse had proven to be just as caring.
