About Me

Hannah Pascucci received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Calvin University. She started her nursing career at DeVos Children's Hospital 2004 in the PICU. Hannah Pascucci received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from Calvin University. She started her nursing career at DeVos Children's Hospital 2004 in the PICU. In 2005 she relocated to California and worked for University of California, San Francisco Benioff Children's Hospital as a bedside nurse in the PICU. In 2011, she transitioned to the role of Clinical Director and Administrator at Premier Health Services. In 2013, she relocated to Rochester, NY where she worked as both a pediatric transport nurse and then a member of the Pediatric Imaging and Sedation team. In 2019, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester when she started her current role as PNP in the Pediatric Cardiac Care Center. She lives in Penfield with her husband and two children. Outside of her work in the PCCC she volunteers with the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network as director of medical outreach working to advocate on behalf of children with Down syndrome and their families.
