He explained things well but was still very condescending and arrogant in the way he was addressing concerns being voiced. It definitely made me not trust what he was saying.

Both my son and I were extremely impressed with the time and the approach that the doctor took explaining what was causing the illness and what he was going to do to try and rectify the problem. Both before and during the procedure he was extremely informative, and his mannerisms and bedside manner was some of the best that I have ever seen. My 12-year-old son told me two or three times how great the doctor was. When a 12-year-old picks up on that, the provider is doing something right.

Dr. V. initially thought my son had had his adenoids out during surgery, (surgery was done by different provider) and when informed that he had not, Dr. V. very graciously apologized for having misread the notes.
