Ms. Sanna performed exceptionally well! She asked several probing questions to clearly understand and diagnose any concerns I had. She was very articulate and used medical terminology extremely well and appropriate at a level that was clear for me to follow her thinking. I felt that she was working to assure that I felt well taken care of. She never showed that she needed to hurry through my visit, which actually caused me to be considerate of her time. I was impressed at how professionally she performed her job. I actually made a point of it to her directly before I left the office. Please don't remove her from this location.

This was a meet and greet appt., because my PCP in same office has too many patients, and I was relegated to her NP. She was certainly pleasant, but I was expecting more thorough questioning on her part. Some questions I asked, she answered with, "I don't know"...and left it at that.
